By accessing or using JobApplyz (the "Service"), including our website and browser extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What JobApplyz Does

JobApplyz is an AI-powered job application assistant. It helps you parse your resume, matches you with relevant job openings, generates AI-tailored cover letters, and — via our browser extension — helps autofill job application forms on third-party websites.

JobApplyz does not automatically submit job applications on your behalf. You are always responsible for reviewing and submitting any application yourself.

3. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information in your resume and profile
You are solely responsible for the content and accuracy of any application you submit, including AI-generated cover letters
You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party job site you use our extension on
You must not use JobApplyz to submit spam, fraudulent, or misleading applications

4. AI-Generated Content

Cover letters, match scores, and resume summaries are generated using AI and may contain errors or inaccuracies. You should review all AI-generated content before use. JobApplyz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific job application.

5. No Guarantee of Employment

JobApplyz is a tool to help streamline your job search. We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or employment outcomes of any kind.

6. Third-Party Job Sites

JobApplyz's browser extension interacts with third-party websites (such as job boards and company career pages) that we do not own or control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, availability, or Terms of Service of those third-party sites. Use of our extension on any site must comply with that site's own terms — automated interactions that violate a job board's terms may result in account restrictions on that platform, which JobApplyz is not responsible for.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user who violates these terms, misuses the platform, or engages in fraudulent or abusive activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

JobApplyz is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobApplyz and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
